The Fire Within

The Fire Within explores the strength, resilience and quiet intensity carried beneath the surface of the human spirit. 

I wanted the painting to feel raw yet elegant, allowing colour and movement to express what words often cannot. Through layered textures and glowing tones of umber, copper and cool greys, the figure appears illuminated from within. a reflection of emotion, endurance and inner power. 

The piece speaks to those moments in life where even through vulnerability or silence, something powerful continues to burn strongly inside.
