Elizabeth “Liz” Harwood describes herself as an accidental artist, one led by instinct, colour, and a deep connection to her surroundings.
 

Her work evolves organically, shaped by an intuitive response to colour, texture, and the ever-changing natural world.
 

During her own “Eat, Pray, Love” chapter, Liz relocated to the Canary Islands, where she ran an art school from her home in Lanzarote. On returning to the UK, she continued to develop her practice, exhibiting her work across the country.
 

Liz has been featured in the press and has built a loyal following drawn to her bold, expressive skies and atmospheric, storm-laden seascapes.
 

Her artwork is held in private collections across the US, Mauritius, and Europe.

She is also the founder of FAMARA, a brand through which she translates her artwork into distinctive sportswear, now sold internationally across the US, Australia, Canada, and Europe.
 

Returning to her core artistic practice in 2026, Liz has a number of exhibitions planned and is currently open to commissions.
